B'nai Mitzvah

Coming of age for a Jew, is termed a b'nai mitzvah , that is, obligated to perform the Jewish mitzvot (commandments). A ceremony marking the first performance of mitzvot such as being called up to the Torah to say the blessings.

Congregation Beth Am helps your children prepare for b'nai mitzvah in many ways, including religious school instruction, sessions with the rabbi and cantor, and guidance on the process for family members.
