Prospective Membership

Dear Future Beth Am Member,

Thank you for your interest in Congregation Beth Am!

We are happy to help you get to know Beth Am better. Joining a synagogue community is a significant decision, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your choice. We invite you to meet our Rabbi, chat with some of our members, and attend services and other events to experience our warm and spiritual community. We are proud of our dedicated clergy and lay leaders who make Beth Am a welcoming and vibrant place.

Beth Am is a diverse and dynamic community of about 200 families. We offer a variety of programs for people of all ages and stages, from preschoolers to seniors. Whether you are looking for spiritual, educational, social, or social action opportunities, we have something for you. You can also check out our thriving youth programs, Itty BiTTY and BiTTY, that connect our kids and teens to Judaism and Jewish values. Our youth programs also allow them to meet other Jewish youth from Florida and across the country through NFTY.

At Beth Am, we have a strong sense of community and belonging. We have groups for different interests and needs, such as our Sisterhood, Men’s Club, and Zahav for our “adults at leisure”. We celebrate holidays together and support each other in times of joy and sorrow.

At CBA, we embrace the diversity of our members. We want all of our members to have a deep and meaningful appreciation of Judaism and strong and positive connections with each other. We believe that learning, connecting, and sharing are the keys to enriching the lives of our members.

At our synagogue, we rely on the generosity and support of our members. We welcome everyone who wants to join us, regardless of their financial situation. We have flexible options for membership dues, and we will work with you discreetly to find a level that suits your budget and comfort.

Again we thank you for your interest and we invite you to reach out to any of us, or to Victoria Cain-Stull, our office administrator and/or Rabbi Jason Rosenberg, at (813) 968-8511 to learn more about us.  We are eager to meet you!

L'Shalom,
